Order Processing
Every piece is handled with care. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, typical delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Holiday Season Shipping: 5–15 business days
Please note: Once a package leaves the studio, shipping times are ultimately out of my control and depend entirely on the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or you experience a delivery issue, please contact me at annie@artwithanniecamp.org within 48 hours so we can start the recovery process as quickly as possible.
